British musicians from the England Supporters Band, who support England's national football team at all championships for over 15 years, recently visited Kiev and Donetsk - the cities, where their favourite team will play in June. Having spent five days in Ukraine, Englishmen made up their own opinion about country's preparation level to the final part of Euro-2012and shared it with journalists.

No possibility exists of changing the format of holding the finals of the 2012 European Football Championship. This is what UEFA spokesman Rob Faulkner stressed in comments he made to Polish radio station RMF FM. He said that the words of representatives of the European football authorities in this regard were taken out of context and incorrectly interpreted by the media.

Six additional trains for fans will operate in Ukraine during three most popular Euro-2012 matches. Besides other things, additional services are envisaged there: meals, bus transfer, entertainment and escort services. This has been announced by the director of the Hamaliya travel agency acting as UEFA official accommodation partner, Ihor Holubakha, in a comment to the Information Centre Ukraine-2012. According to him, train operation is being jointly organized by host cities and Ukrzaliznytsya (Ukrainian Railroad Administration). “We have prepared special packages for fans, comprising not only accommodation, but also excursions and tourist services which might be of interest for fans and would make them stay in our country longer.

Euro-2012 football fans will be able to find accommodation to any taste at affordable prices in Ukraine. Besides this, Ukrainian host cities have got wonderful places for arranging camping sites which enjoy popularity among European fans, the respected British newspaper “The Guardian” has written. Meanwhile, making a comment to the edition, the director of the Euro-2012 Ukraine LOC, Markiyan Lubkivskyi, has given assurances that our country is working with hotel keepers on determination of the adequate price corridor.

The European Football Union has expressed confidence in the success holding of the European Football Championships in 2012 at the highest level of tournament security. This is stated in a statement by UEFA on the situation in Dnipropetrovsk.
